    Hosted by The Manor Conservancy

    Join us on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at First Mine Run for our annual autumn clay shoot and afternoon gathering on preserved countryside ground! All shooter and day pass tickets include seasonal food and refreshments from Heritage Smokehouse by John Brown General and Butchery.

    Families are warmly welcome—non-shooting attendees can enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the lawn, and kids are invited to participate in parent-supervised pumpkin carving!

    Event Schedule & Location

    • Location: First Mine Run

    • 11:00 AM — Gates open for Gator & 4x4 vehicles

    • 12:00 - Lunch is Served

    • 12:30 PM — First team shooting starts

    • 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM — Happy Hour - Trophy Presentation

    • Pumpkin Carving All Day

    INDIVIDUAL SHOOTER

    • Member Rate: $125

    • Non-Member Rate: $150

    • Includes lunch, shooting entry, and access to Happy Hour & Lawn activities. Individual shooters can pair with a farm team on event day.

    FARM TEAM (4 SHOOTERS)

    • Member Team: $500

    • Non-Member Team: $600

    • Includes 4 shooter entries, lunch, and access to Happy Hour & Lawn activities for the squad.

    LAWN DAY PASS / HAPPY HOUR

    • Member - $25

    • Non-Member - $30

    • For non-shooting guests. Includes afternoon lawn access, refreshments, and parent-supervised pumpkin carving for kids.

    • Shooter & Event Guidelines

    • Vehicles: Farm Teams and individual shooters are welcome to bring their own Gator or 4x4 vehicle. Gates open at 11:00 AM for vehicle setup.

    • Firearms: Guns are not provided—please bring your own firearm.

    • Ammunition: Suggested 125 shells per shooter.

    • Family Activities: Children are welcome to carve pumpkins and enjoy the lawn under parent supervision.

    Celebrate fall on preserved land with The Manor Conservancy and The Elkridge-Harford Hunt Pony Club! Wear your favorite costume for a chance to win Adult or Junior prizes.

    Join The Manor Conservancy and The Elkridge-Harford Hunt Pony Club on Sunday, October 25, 2026, for the Harriet Iglehart Memorial Costumed Trail Ride. Held at the outdoor track across from 2812 Pocock Road in Monkton, MD, this festive autumn event brings our community onto protected land to celebrate equestrian heritage and local conservation. Prizes will be awarded for the best Adult and Junior costumes! A $30 donation is suggested to support local land preservation. For details or to register, email info@themanorconservancy.org.
