How it works
  • PaddlesEnter each participant's paddle number, name, and phone number
  • RaffleRecord who purchased raffle tickets and how many. Toggle 50/50 mode if the winner receives half the total pot instead of a fixed percentage
  • RacesAdd each horse, then fill in the winning bid, winning paddle, and raffle ticket winner after each race. Race day results (1st, 2nd, last to finish) and purse payouts can also be recorded
  • AuctionTrack auction items, winning bidders, and winning bids. Bidders are pulled from your paddle and raffle lists automatically
  • ReportGenerate a full summary of all bids, raffle payouts, race results, and auction winners, which you can print or save as a PDF
