Visit Roseda Farm, local grower and purveyor of fine meat to restaurants, grocery stores, and the public. Cattle don't receive growth hormones or daily antibiotics and spend lots of time outdoors grazing. They're bred to produce outstanding beef which is dry-aged up to 3 weeks.
