CONTRIBUTIONS

Contributions to The Manor Conservancy, a non profit 501(c)(3) organization, are tax deductible.   The land trust is building a revolving fund that enables the conservancy to purchase property and resell it with restrictions against further development. This is the Iglehart Fund, a reserve to be used toward the purchase of farms and land in danger of subdivision.   Funds are also needed for day-to-day support and public information efforts. This is the Program Fund which may be used to defray costs of easement settlements and to underwrite community outreach and education.
